How soon are items shipped after an order is placed?

Most orders are shipped the same day if placed by 3pm.

 

Which shipping companies are you currently using?

Fedex, DHL, and Airline Cargo. However, you can schedule a pickup and use any shipping company of your choice.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We only accept Wire Transfers and American Express Card.

 

Do you offer custom packaging and crating?

We are greatly concerned about shipment security. We employ triple-box packaging and wooden crating. These shipping methods are the strongest in the industry.

 

What do you require to set up an account with your company?

We require a copy of company documents and bank and trade references.

 

Is there a minimum order?

We have a minimum order requirement on some items. Please keep in mind that we exclusively sell to wholesale companies.

 

Do you provide all necessary export documents?

Yes, we are a full-service exporter and our company is TSA certified.
